Your playground

  • Assistance in supporting our international customers primarily in French, English, and German
  • Configuration of our tools
  • Answering to support inquiries via phone, our own system and the ticketing system
  • Support in conducting training sessions (mainly via online screen sharing)
  • Error analysis
  • Support in creating reports and identifying areas for improvement

Is that you?

  • Whether you’re a newcomer to the field, a career changer or already have work experience
  • Enthusiasm for the topics of digitization, SaaS, and customer support
  • French is your native language, or you are fluent in French as well as your German and English skills are excellent
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to work, creativity and the ability to work independently
  • Interest in the hotel industry and/or the medical field; experience is an advantage
  • Affinity for digital products, proficiency in all common MS Office applications
  • Initiative, team spirit and a healthy level of commitment
