Desktop-Benachrichtigungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Push-Benachrichtigungen kennst du wahrscheinlich schon vom Smartphone aber was ist, wenn du am Laptop arbeitest?&nbsp;<br>Mit den neuen Desktop-Benachrichtigungen bekommst du wichtige Updates jetzt direkt auf deinen Bildschirm. Egal ob eine neue Aufgabe, ein Reparatur-Update oder eine offene \u00dcbergabe auf dich wartet \u2013 du verpasst nichts mehr, auch wenn du gerade in einem anderen Tab oder Programm arbeitest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So funktioniert&#8217;s:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit Desktop-Benachrichtigungen angezeigt werden, m\u00fcssen sie an drei Stellen aktiviert werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Browser-Einstellungen \u2013 Aktiviere Benachrichtigungen in Chrome, Edge, Firefox oder Safari&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ger\u00e4te-\/Systemeinstellungen \u2013 Erlaube Benachrichtigungen vom Browser in den Systemeinstellungen deines Rechners&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plattform-Einstellungen \u2013 Klicke dich durch folgenden Pfad: Profilbild (oben rechts) \u2192 Benachrichtigungseinstellungen \u2192 Desktop-Benachrichtigungen anzeigen \u2192 Ein&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-hotelkit-spacer\" style=\"--height: 32px; --tab-height: 32px; --desktop-height: 32px; \"><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Sobald alle drei Schritte erledigt sind:&nbsp;<br>Du arbeitest gerade an der Rezeption, <em>Ding!&nbsp;<\/em> eine neue G\u00e4steanfrage kommt rein.&nbsp;<br>Ein Pop-up erscheint direkt auf deinem Desktop. Verbesserte Passwort-Sicherheit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Datensicherheit hat bei uns h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t. Deshalb haben wir zwei wichtige \u00c4nderungen an den Passworteinstellungen vorgenommen:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entfernt: Passwort-Ablaufdatum \u2013 keine erzwungenen, regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen \u00c4nderungen mehr&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neu: Neue Passw\u00f6rter m\u00fcssen mindestens ein Sonderzeichen enthalten (z.\u202fB. @, #, $)<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-hotelkit-spacer\" style=\"--height: 30px; --tab-height: 30px; --desktop-height: 32px; \"><\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So funktioniert&#8217;s:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Studien zeigen, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Passwortwechsel f\u00fchren oft zu schwachen Passw\u00f6rtern. Deshalb gibt\u2019s ab sofort kein Passwort-Ablaufdatum mehr.&nbsp;<br><br>Au\u00dferdem gilt jetzt: Wenn du ein neues Passwort erstellst oder dein aktuelles \u00e4nderst, muss es mindestens ein Sonderzeichen enthalten. Neue Statusoptionen f\u00fcr Ideen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideen brauchen Zeit und es ist nicht immer klar, in welchem Stadium sie gerade sind. Das Team findet die Idee super \u2013 aber der GM muss sie noch absegnen? Markiere sie als \u201eWartet auf Freigabe\u201c.<br><br>Oder: Du nutzt seit ein paar Wochen eine digitale Housekeeping-Checkliste. Nach dem ersten Feedback passt du Schritte und Struktur an.
