Zur\u00fcckgekehrt im familieneigenen 4,5 Sterne Wellnesshotel im Bayerischen Wald, wollte der Junior Chef vor allem eines nicht mehr hinnehmen: Dysfunktionale Kommunikation und die damit einhergehenden Fehlerquellen. Mehr hierzu im Interview.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herausforderung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stockender Informationsfluss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor effiziente digitale Kommunikation in unserem Betrieb den Arbeitsalltag eroberte, herrschte dort das, was man auf gut Bayrisch eine \u201eZettelwirtschaft\u201c nennt. Das Resultat dieses nicht funktionierenden Informationsflusses war eine hohe Fehleranf\u00e4lligkeit in unseren allt\u00e4glichen Routinen. Oftmals tauchten Fragen auf, etwa ob eine Reparatur erledigt worden ist oder wer sich dieser Sache angenommen hat. Zudem konnte es vorkommen, dass auf Papier festgehaltene Information einfach verschwand, etwa in Schubladen. Bis vor wenigen Jahren, als unser Betrieb noch wesentlich kleiner war, konnten wir die Qualit\u00e4t trotzdem in einem zufriedenstellenden Ma\u00df aufrechterhalten. Waren wir damals noch auf \u201eUrlaub am Bauernhof\u201c spezialisiert, ist es nun das gehobene Segment, in dem wir operieren. Dieser Fehleranf\u00e4lligkeit wollten wir deshalb ein f\u00fcr alle Mal ein Ende setzen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehrwert durch digitale Kommunikation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klar war f\u00fcr uns, dass wir eine intuitiv anwendbare Software brauchen, hinter der das ganze Team steht. Es hat wenig Sinn, einem gro\u00dfen Team von 145 Mitarbeiter:innen ein Tool aufzudr\u00e4ngen. Es soll ja nicht das Ziel sein, jemanden zu frustrieren, sondern ein Mehrwert f\u00fcr alle kreiert werden. Bei hotelkit wusste ich bereits, was uns erwartet, da ich w\u00e4hrend meines zweij\u00e4hrigen Aufenthalts in \u00d6sterreich schon mit der Software gearbeitet hatte. Wir nutzen dieses Tool als unsere interne Nachrichtenplattform, auf der wir besondere Ereignisse in unserem Betrieb hervorheben. Das kann etwa ein Bericht \u00fcber eine Laufveranstaltung sein, an der wir teilgenommen haben, ein Verweis auf eine Erw\u00e4hnung unseres Hotels in der Zeitung oder eine besonders charmante Bewertung eines Gastes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Was ich an hotelkit besonders sch\u00e4tze, ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, die digitale Kommunikation dazu zu nutzen, mit dem ganzen Team rasch Kontakt aufzunehmen. Pers\u00f6nlich bin ich auch ein gro\u00dfer Liebhaber der Merken-Funktion, die garantiert, dass ich nichts vergesse. Die erfreulichste Auswirkung, die die Implementierung jedoch nach sich zog, ist sicherlich die markante Verringerung von Fehlerquellen in unserem Unternehmen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist wichtig, keine Angst vor der Digitalisierung des Betriebs zu haben.
