How Contler integrates with hotelkit
The interface between Contler and hotelkit makes it possible to send guest requests from Contler directly in hotelkit to a selected group of recipients. For example, if a guest orders a wake-up call via Contler, it can be sent directly to the front office team via hotelkit. This way, guest requests can’t be overseen and guests get a quick response to their requests.
