How DialogShift integrates with hotelkit
Guest requests and notifications about new live chats are imported in real-time from DialogShift and sent directly to hotelkit. The notification is sent to selected recipients in hotelkit, who thus no longer miss any news from DialogShift chatbots & live chats. Also, switching between the systems is simplified as the notification in hotelkit directly contains the link to the respective request.
