SDR Lead

Your mission

Our SDR team is a key growth driver for both brands – hotelkit and medikit. To further strengthen performance, quality, and structure in our outbound operations, we are creating a new role: SDR Lead (m/f/d).  You will act as the operational lead and primary contact for the SDR team. Your responsibilities will combine hands-on lead generation (approx. 50%) with coaching, coordination, and quality management (approx. 50%).  Your goal: to ensure that our outbound process runs smoothly, messaging quality remains high, and the team can reach its full potential. 

Your responsibilities

  • Daily support and guidance for the SDR team in their day-to-day operations 
  • Coaching and training new and existing SDRs – from conducting conversations to using tools 
  • Quality assurance of outreach, messaging, and follow-ups 
  • Active outbound work (approx. 50%) – you will remain actively involved in pipeline generation 
  • Performance analysis and reporting to the Head of Sales 
  • Close coordination with Sales Managers (AEs) regarding target groups, campaigns, and lead handovers 
  • Optimization of processes, playbooks, and tools to increase efficiency and results  

Your Profile

  • Experience in SDR, inside sales, or business development, ideally in the SaaS or hotel/medtech sector 
  • A very good understanding of outbound sales processes and modern prospecting methods 
  • Enjoyment of supporting teams, sharing knowledge and promoting performance 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills combined with a high degree of initiative 
  • You work in a structured and analytical manner, always keeping the big picture in mind 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems 
  • Excellent German and English skills 
  • Location: Salzburg (on-site), occasional work from home possible
