You are looking for the login page for your hotelkit or have problems with the access data? The following login instructions will help you to sign in to your account.
Each hotel has its own unique hotelkit link for team members to log in. Simply enter the link in your browser (Google, Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.) to access the login page.
If you don’t know your hotel’s specific login URL for hotelkit, ask your team or check with a hotelkit champion.
Open the hotelkit app on your mobile device to login.
Enter your personal username and password. The username consists of your name and last name. Do not enter any academic titles.
In case your employer uses single sign-on (SSO) for logins, please enter your respective username.
If you have forgotten your login data, click on the field “Forgot Password”. Enter your username and click on “Request new password”. The new password will be sent to the email address in your hotelkit profile.
If there is no email address in your profile, the email will automatically be sent to the hotelkit main admin’s email. The main admin will receive an email with a link to reset the password. Once that is done, make sure the new password is forwarded to you..
