Yes, the 30-day trial is completely free and non-binding. After the trial period, a feedback discussion about your experience will take place.

You can then decide whether you would like to continue using hotelkit and become a regular customer. There is no obligation without your explicit confirmation.

During the 30-day free trial, your team receives access to a dedicated hotelkit environment set up specifically for your property.

The trial includes:
– Online training for administrators
– Online training for regular users
– Guidance from a dedicated hotelkit onboarding manager
– A written usage report

Throughout the trial period, you can use hotelkit without restrictions and run your processes directly through the platform. This allows you to evaluate the system under real operating conditions before making a final decision.

Unless otherwise agreed, billing is carried out on a quarterly basis in advance. Invoices are issued at the beginning of the respective billing period.

If required, individual payment terms can be arranged.

Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum contract term is 12 months. The contract automatically renews for an additional 12 months unless it is terminated in writing at least 10 working days before the end of the contract period.

Individual agreements can of course be arranged separately.

Unless otherwise agreed, the contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. It can be terminated with a notice period of 10 working days before the end of the respective contract year.

If no timely termination is submitted, the contract automatically renews for another year.
