Recently we had the big familotel-evaluation of suitability for children by the TÜV. Hereby, there is a lot of focus on standardization and documentation. The auditor was thrilled that in our company all processes are documented, saved and always comprehensibly secured for third parties with the help of hotelkit. Hotelkit is developing more and more to an highly recognized quality assurance-, standardization as well as documentation-tool (service-Q, ISO,...). Furthermore, the use of hotelkit has opened up new opportunities (for example, with regard to internal communication and the daily processes). We are looking forward to new technological developments and further cooperation.
