Our office in Salzburg is simply extraordinary. We are lucky to
call the Old Mill our home since 2022.
You should feel comfortable in our office. The Old Mill offers 40% social space and 60% workspace, providing a productive environment to suit every preference.
The brick walls of the Old Mill bring a unique, rustic charm to our office, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Our second location is in Dresden. The villa was built in 1923
and is our tech hub with mainly our IT and development talents.
The villa offers modern workspaces, and social areas with a sauna,
bar, kitchen, and a gaming area. If you need a short break from
work, you can relax on the terrace or play a round of Mario
Cart.
Another highlight: the villa has a garden of 1,500m². This is often used for various yoga sessions or a cozy BBQ in the evening.

The first interview with HR (and possibly with someone from the relevant department) is designed to get a first impression of you.
In the second round we dig deep, focus more on your future role and discuss all details. Is it… a perfect match?
Depending on what we are looking for, you might be asked to complete a trial assignment. This way, both parties know what to expect.

Our favourite answer – it depends! We really cannot say as there are so many factors. But we try to keep you in the loop on what is happening within the process so that you know where you are standing.
We usually do the application process in German or English, depending on the requirements of the job and the team. English is our general company language, so be prepared to speak some at any time. No worries though, we are no native speakers, so no judgement!

Nothing in particular unless you got a message with specific questions, papers to bring or tasks to prepare. So just know yourself and what you want and be prepared to receive job & company related questions.
We are a digital company, so no need to print & bring anything, we will have your papers online ready and are prepared for the meeting.
We usually schedule an interview for 30-60 minutes, but I guess you know that as well, sometimes we get carried away chatting about something… or the other way round, everything is said after 25 minutes, so also here there is no right or wrong.
We know things can come up and change, so just call us or write an email and we will try to reschedule.
There is no need to ghost us. Please just let us know, we won’t cry I promise. This is the grown-up way to handle such situations 😉
