How Oracle Hospitality OPERA integrates with hotelkit

The officially validated interface connects Oracle Hospitality OPERA with hotelkit Housekeeping and provides the reservation data required to allocate the rooms to the housekeeping staff. In case of a 2-way interface, the current room status is directly transferred from hotelkit to Oracle Hospitality OPERA. Therefore, no phone calls are required to update the status in the PMS and the reception as well as the entire housekeeping team is constantly kept up to date. If there is no 2-way interface in place, the release of the room still needs to be done via telephone or TV.
