(Junior) Sales Operations Manager

Your playground

  • CRM Management: Collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager and Salesforce Admin to oversee the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring it’s effectively utilized by the sales and customer success team.
  • In the first months you will be introduced and guided through our processes to get a proper picture of our operations and how to rock them!
  • You will become the main point of contact for all team members when it comes to Salesforce related questions & issues. You are happy to help with troubleshooting and give tips on best practices.
  • The creation of reports and statistics from Salesforce data is also part of your area of responsibility
  • You support the sales team with Salesforce campaigns
  • With the help of Account Engagement, you create email campaigns and measure the success of the campaign
  • You will support new sales employees in the onboarding process by providing training on Salesforce and internal processes
  • Optimizing workflows and adapting system configurations are important to you, in order to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will work closely with departments such as Marketing and Customer Success Management to ensure that processes and data management are aligned.

Is that you?

  • Previous office working experience, career changer or already a pro?
  • Enthusiast of the topics of digitalization, process automation, SaaS
  • Affinity for digital products, confident handling of MS Office applications, Salesforce and Hubspot knowledge are a big plus
  • Excellent English and advanced German skills
  • Good communication skills, friendly demeanour and patience
  • Independent and structured working style
  • You show initiative, are a team player & have a high level of commitment
  • Interest in the hotel or healthcare industry; initial experience in these areas is a plus
