A good mix of strategic planning, project coordination and operational implementation in a team is just right for you? And are you also an open, organized and a tech-savvy person? As a Performance Marketing Manager at hotelkit, you will work independently on the development and implementation of campaigns for lead generation. Your mission: To drive forward our inbound strategy together with our marketing team, effectively deliver our content to the target audience, and achieve excellent results in client growth.

Your playground

  • Development and implementation of a holistic performance marketing strategy for our two brands hotelkit and medikit (focus on paid social)
  • Independent conception and implementation of social media advertising campaigns for lead generation, for our B2B target group in the hotel industry and healthcare sector
  • Independent coordination & planning: You coordinate all components required for campaign implementation and work closely with Marketing Content and Sales as well as Graphic Design
  • Continuous optimization of marketing activities through A/B testing, analysis and the implementation of best practices in the B2B area
  • Tracking and analyzing all KPIs and metrics as well as reporting on campaign performance and deriving optimization measures
  • Ongoing competitor analysis and identification of trends and growth opportunities in B2B performance marketing

Is that you?

  • Professional experience in online marketing, especially in the area of performance marketing and lead generation
  • Experience in dealing with common ad managers and tracking tools
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Independent working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Technical affinity and good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various internal departments
