The introduction of hotelkit has brought Superbuden a lot of benefits and had a positive impact on the internal functioning of all departments. In particular, the possibility to communicate across hotels in real time leads to an intensive use, influences the team spirit in a positive way and is enormously important for a sustainable knowledge management in our hotels.
