Right from the start, we were amazed about the enthusiasm of our employees while using hotelkit. I thought that our younger employees will be more enthusiastic about the tool than our older ones but I was proven wrong. I blame it on the layout of hotelkit which reminds me of a modern Social Media Platform like Facebook. The biggest advantage for us is that we just use one channel to communicate with our employees - and that is hotelkit. So it is transparent for everybody and offers great tools like the ideas or handbook one.
