Seamlessly integrated into the hotelkit ecosystem, it connects directly to the PMS via a two-face interface, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information between housekeeping, front office, and maintenance.

Sacher Hotels aimed to enhance cross-location communication and establish a unified digital system that would reflect their strong values of quality and family spirit. Several years ago, hotelkit and the Sacher team jointly developed a customized tool that fully digitizes and automates housekeeping operations while integrating smart interfaces. From the outset, the project was driven by close collaboration: an internal project team worked side by side with hotelkit to create a solution that fit the refined demands of a grand hotel like the Sacher.
Since then, hotelkit Housekeeping has become a core part of daily hotel operations, mapping every cleaning process digitally, enabling centralized task planning, and providing a live overview of room status.
