Knowledge AI is powered by a leading large language model, combined with hotelkit’s
secure platform architecture.

Data and user queries submitted to Knowledge AI are processed via a secure large language model (LLM) infrastructure in line with applicable data protection requirements. Only content that you have explicitly enabled for Knowledge AI is processed.

hotelkit ensures a high standard of data protection through secure processing, controlled access, and reliable availability – while your data always remains fully under your ownership.

You control which employees can see which handbook content through your existing access rights. Knowledge AI strictly follows these permissions and only provides information users are authorized to access.

Before activating Knowledge AI, you choose which categories or articles it may use to generate answers. Sensitive content can be restricted or excluded at any time.

  • All answers are based exclusively on your hotel’s own handbook content.
    Knowledge AI only uses:

    • Written text from enabled handbook articles
    • Content users are authorized to access
  • No. Knowledge AI only uses categories and articles that have been explicitly enabled.
    Content that is not enabled is automatically ignored.

  • You do. Admins and users with the appropriate group rights decide which categories and articles can be processed by Knowledge AI. They can:

    • Include or exclude individual articles
    • Enable entire handbook categories
  • Knowledge AI is currently powered by ChatGPT.
    In the future, it will support a selection of leading large language models, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Euria, and others – giving you flexibility and choice.

  • Currently, Knowledge AI retrieves answers exclusively from your hotelkit handbook.
    However, our team is already working on expanding its capabilities to support additional hotelkit tools and further speed up daily operations.
