As a well-established 3-star hotel with 214 rooms and an international guest mix, the hotel faced the challenge of improving internal workflows, especially interdepartmental communication, through more efficient, digital means. Even during the 30-day trial period, essential tools such as handovers and real-time room status updates were successfully implemented. The handovers feature, used about seven times per day, further supports clear communication between departments, especially regarding room coordination.
