With a growing number of properties, the company needed a solution that would ensure both a structured onboarding process for new hotels and efficient, cross-property communication. As an operator of numerous properties under international hotel brands like IHG, Hilton, Accor, and Marriott, tristar faced a complex task: onboarding new hotels needed to be efficient, standardized, and resource-saving. A central communication platform was also required to enable seamless interaction between headquarters and hotel operations in Germany and Austria.

General Managers are added to hotelkit before their properties open, allowing early task execution. Through the central dashboard, processes, communication, and responsibilities are managed. Training for new locations is conducted efficiently, often across multiple hotels simultaneously. News updates, corporate benefits, and important documents like the digital handbook are centrally accessible.
