As a boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms but an above-average-sized team, Filario Hotel faces unique challenges: the seasonal operation requires seamless collaboration between changing staff, reliable communication, and precise task delegation. Additionally, guest requests and repairs need to be efficiently recorded, processed, and documented. To meet these requirements, the hotel sought a digital tool that could intelligently bundle all of these processes.
