This two-way interface facilitates a smooth and automated exchange of critical PMS data between hotelkit Housekeeping and Opera Cloud. It allows for the import of reservation, guest, room, and room status data from Opera Cloud to hotelkit Housekeeping, and the export of room status updates from hotelkit Housekeeping to Opera Cloud.
