Die Integration verbindet Personio mit medikit und sorgt dafür, dass eure Personaldaten auf beiden Plattformen stets aktuell sind. Neue Mitarbeiter:innen, die in Personio angelegt werden, erscheinen automatisch in medikit. Änderungen an bestehenden Daten werden ebenfalls automatisch übernommen. Verlässt eine Person das Unternehmen, wird das entsprechende medikit-Konto basierend auf dem im Personio festgelegten Beendigungsdatum automatisch deaktiviert. So wird die Benutzerverwaltung deutlich vereinfacht und euer HR-Team spürbar entlastet.
