How Hoteza integrates with hotelkit

The integration connects Hoteza with hotelkit, allowing guest requests submitted via Hoteza to be automatically created in hotelkit. Recipients can be defined individually per hotel, and employees can update the status of each request directly in hotelkit. These updates are then synced back to Hoteza, ensuring both systems stay up to date and your team can respond quickly and efficiently.
