The officially validated interface connects Oracle Hospitality Suite8 with hotelkit Housekeeping and provides the reservation data required to allocate the rooms to the housekeeping staff. At each check-in and check-out, the room status in hotelkit is updated to allow a seamless assignment of priorities to the housekeeping staff. Likewise, every room status update is transferred from hotelkit Housekeeping to Oracle Hospitality Suite8. Therefore, no phone calls are required to update the status in the PMS.
