How rent2b integrates with hotelkit

The integration sends new bookings and cancellations directly to your team as hotelkit handovers. These include key details about the guest, rental item and rental period, plus a link to the booking in rent2B. Cancellations also include the cancellation reason.

Once a return checklist is completed in rent2B, Housekeeping or Maintenance receives a hotelkit handover so they can take care of the item. Bookings continue to be managed in rent2B.
