How Quicktext integrates with hotelkit

Guest requests of all types are imported from Quicktext and sent directly to hotelkit. Thus, all the requests can be processed directly in hotelkit, nothing is overlooked anymore, and guests receive a quick reaction to their request. 

Benefits:

• Every request made through Quicktext that requires human intervention is automatically transferred to hotelkit and assigned to the right hotel team member    
• Guests receive a quick reaction to their request
