How SuitePad integrates with hotelkit

Guest requests from SuitePad are sent to defined recipients in hotelkit. From there, recipients can forward them to the responsible employee or handle the requests right away.

• Responsible hotel employees are directly informed about activities in SuitePad, right in their usual hotelkit work environment
