Guestnet digitalizes the guest journey during the stay. The digital concierge on the guest’s device integrates into the host’s communication with a multi-channel approach. This is done via a digital guest folder (Web-App) directly on the guest’s smartphone.
All guest requests from Guestnet are imported and sent directly via a handover to selected recipients in hotelkit. Thus, all guest requests can be managed and processed centrally in hotelkit, nothing gets forgotten and guests receive a quick response to their requests.
